QUEM SOU EU?
Oi, prazer! Eu sou Akemi Gotto, fotógrafa, atriz e cosplayer, e acredito que a arte sempre esteve presente em cada fase da minha vida.
Minha trajetória artística começou muito antes da fotografia. Atuei em peças teatrais, participei de novelas e também trabalhei como cantora e dançarina entre 1998 e 2012. Todas essas experiências contribuíram para o meu olhar e, principalmente, para a minha forma de me conectar com as pessoas diante das câmeras.
Sou natural do Rio de Janeiro e atuo profissionalmente na fotografia há mais de 14 anos, com experiência em ensaios individuais, casais, famílias, retratos, viagens e eventos.
Durante 5 anos, vivi e trabalhei em Nova York, onde ampliei minha experiência profissional e tive a oportunidade de fotografar pessoas de diferentes culturas e histórias. Essa vivência internacional trouxe ainda mais sensibilidade ao meu trabalho e fortaleceu meu olhar para registrar momentos de forma espontânea, autêntica e natural.
Agora, de volta ao Rio de Janeiro, uno minha experiência no Brasil e em Nova York para criar fotografias que vão além de uma simples imagem: quero registrar a sua essência, a sua história e aquilo que torna você único.
Meu objetivo é proporcionar uma experiência leve e confortável, ajudando você a se sentir à vontade diante da câmera e a enxergar a sua própria beleza com mais confiança.

WHO AM I?
Hi, it’s a pleasure to meet you! I’m Akemi Gotto, a photographer, actress, and cosplayer, and I believe art has always been a part of every chapter of my life.
My artistic journey began long before photography. I performed in theater productions, appeared in television shows, and also worked as a singer and dancer between 1998 and 2012. All of these experiences have shaped the way I see people and, most importantly, the way I connect with them in front of the camera.
I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro and have been working professionally as a photographer for over 14 years, specializing in individual portraits, couples, families, travel, and events.
For five years, I lived and worked in New York City, where I expanded my professional experience and had the opportunity to photograph people from different cultures and backgrounds. This international experience brought even more sensitivity to my work and strengthened my ability to capture moments in a natural, authentic, and spontaneous way.
Now back in Rio de Janeiro, I bring together my experiences in Brazil and New York to create photographs that go beyond a simple image. I want to capture your essence, your story, and what makes you unique.
My goal is to create a relaxed and comfortable experience, helping you feel at ease in front of the camera and see your own beauty with greater confidence.
Everyone has a story. My job is to turn it into a memory through photography.
